Weekend Protests Mushroom

Protests against Donald Trump’s regime mushroomed across the USA over the weekend and into Monday.

Protests included but were not limited to:

  • 1000 NOAA employees, former employees, supporters, Congressional members outside NOAA HQ in DC
  • CFPB employees outside federal courthouse where they are fighting a stop-work order
  • McPherson Square Metro station near White House and VA HQ in support of federal workers especially at VA
  • Transgender Unity rally and march in DC
  • Tesla dealerships all over the country
  • SpaceX HQ at Hawthorne, CA
  • Dublin, CA (East Bay) against use of a closed prison facility as a detention center for ICE
  • WIlkesbury, PA march protesting massive cuts in federal workforce
  • San Francisco protest on behalf of federal workers hung and upside down flag across from Golden Gate Bridge
  • along road outside Mar-a-Lago
  • National Parks: Yosemite, Grand Canyon, St. Louis Arch, Valley Forge, Rocky Mountain, more than 100 parks across country protesting the firing of park service employees with “Save Our Parks” signs (some parks have to close), including upside down flag at a number of parks
  • Vermont, hundreds lambasted Vice President J.D. Vance, making it clear they support Ukraine and not Vance (“Go Ski in Russia”) when he arrived and when he left (and he was called Putin’s Puppet on the lift)
  • Pro-Ukraine, anti-Russia, anti-Vance, anti-Trump protests all over the country
  • Charlotte, NC, pro-Ukraine anti-Russia
  • Bentonville, AR, pro-Ukraine anti-Russia
  • Washington, DC, pro-Ukraine anti-Russia
  • Seattle, WA, pro-Ukraine anti-Russia
