DJT Sends 3000 More Troops to Border with Mexico
Donald Trump ordered 3000 more active duty military troops sent to the border with Mexico, ostensibly to crack down on illegal immigration.
The troops include a Stryker (medium-armored wheeled personnel carriers) brigade combat team and general support aviation battalion. About 4200 federal troops and 5000 National Guard troops from state governors are already deployed to the border.
