VP Vance Uses Munich Security Conference Speech to Torpedo Trans-Atlantic Alliance

| 0

Vice President J.D. Vance’s speech at the Munich Security Conference torpedoed the trans-Atlantic alliance between the USA and Europe.

He said the main threat is “the enemy within,” by which he clearly meant liberal policies.

His speech denounced actions to block hate speech, misogyny, denigration of a religion other than Christianity, and misinformation. He advocated for allowing Russian social media campaigns to influence elections and portrayed immigration as letting violent, bad people into a country.

He bolstered anything right wing and attacked anything liberal. While at the conference, Vance refused to meet with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz. Instead, he met with the leader of Germany’s far-right political party Alternative für Deutschland, showing the world that the USA wants AfD to prevail. Germany is due to hold federal elections 23 February 2025.

Russian state media praised Vance’s performance at the conference.
