DJT Asks Supreme Court to Overturn Blockage of Firing of Head of OSC

| 0

Donald Trump asked the Supreme Court to overturn District Court and Appeals Court blockage of his attempt to fire the head of the Office of the Special Council.

OSC is well positioned to receive and act upon reports of wrongdoing by the Trump regime.

OSC is an avenue for federal workers to report wrongdoing in government and protects federal whistleblowers from retaliation. It also handles violations of the Hatch Act, a law that prohibits federal employees from partisan election activities. Hampton Dellinger was temporarily reinstated as head of OSC by federal District Court and the Trump regime’s appeal of that reinstatement was rejected by Appeals Court.
