Kash Patel Confirmed as Director of FBI

The Senate confirmed Kash Patel as the new Director of the FBI by a vote of 51 to 49. All Democratic Senators and two Republicans, Susan Collins (R-Maine) and Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) voted against Patel’s confirmation.
