Federal District Court Judge Matthew Maddox ruled that Donald Trump’s firing of three members of the Consumer Product Safety Commission was illegal and they must be reinstated.
Mary Boyle, Alexander Hoehn-Saric and Richard Trumka Jr. sued after Trump fired them in May. Maddos ordered Trump to restore their pay, and restore their access to office spaces, computers and email accounts.
