Judge Again Orders DJT to Restore Frozen Funding

Federal District Court Judge John McConnell again ordered Donald Trump to restore the sweeping range of federal funding frozen by executive order.

This order comes after several state Attorneys General claimed some funding flows that McConnell’s earlier order intended to release. McConnell hints that officials he determines continue to defy his order may be held in contempt of court.
