Fourth Judge Blocks of DJT’s Attempt to Limit Birthright Citizenship

Federal District Court Judge Leo Sorokin in Massachusetts issued a preliminary injunction to block Donald Trump’s attempt to curtail birthright citizenship, which would contravene the 14th Amendment to the Constitution.

Sorokin ruled in a lawsuit filed by 22 state Attorneys General. It is one of at least 10 lawsuits so far against Trump’s executive order to limit birthright citizenship.
