Federal Employees Sue Against New OMB Email System
Two anonymous federal employees launched a class action lawsuit against the Office of Personnel Management, saying the newly installed on-site server used to handle mass email to and responses from federal workers violates the law.
The suit says the server was brought in and set up quicky without building in proper security measures and without the privacy impact assessment required by the E-Government Act of 2002.
