DJT Fires EEOC Commissioners

Donald Trump fired two of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s Democratic commissioners years before the ends of their terms, which is highly abnormal.

Jocelyn Samuels was appointed to the EEOC by Trump. She was in her second term, due to end July 2026.

Charlotte Burrow, and Obama appointee, her third term o was due to end in July 2028.

Both plan to see whether they have legal recourse.
