DOJ Drops Discrimination Case Against Musk’s SpaceX

The Department of Justice acted to drop its case against Elon Musk’s company SpaceX for discrimination, refusing to consider hiring asylum recipients or refugees.

Technically, today the DOJ asked the court to release a pause on the case so it can dismiss the case with prejudice so the charges cannot be refiled.
