Federal Judge Delays but Does Not Dismiss Corruption Case Against Eric Adams

Federal District Judge Dale Ho indefinitely delayed the corruption case against New York City Mayor Eric Adams, but did not accede to the Department of Justice’s request to dismiss it.

Ho appointed an outside attorney Paul Clement to present arguments against the DOJ’s request before Ho makes a final decision.
