DOGE Cancels Contracts that Help Military Veterans

Elon Musk’s DOGE is canceling contracts purportedly worth $2 billion that are not for core services to military veterans. The contracts support veterans with medical services, fund cancer programs, recruit doctors and provide burial services.

New analysis indicates 40% of the contract cancellations DOGE is carrying out will not produce any savings.

Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency is a subset of a White House IT team, not a government department.
