DJT Declares There Are Officially Only Two Genders

Donald Trump signed an executive order establishing that there are officially “only two genders, male and female” and that gender cannot be changed.

Among the fine print of the order, transgender people will no longer be allowed to self-select gender for their passports and the gender-unspecified designation “X” is no longer permitted. Transgender people are to be barred from government funded single-sex facilities aligned with their gender identity. Such facilities include prisons, migrant housing and domestic violence shelters. The Bureau of Prisons is barred from using federal money to provide gender-affirming care for inmates. At government facilities, referring to transgender people with pronouns matching their gender identity cannot be required.
