AFGE, AFL-CIO and Other Sue Against “Deferred Resignation” Ultimatum

The American Federation of Government Employees, AFL-CIO and others sued the Office of Personnel Management in regard to the “deferred resignation” ultimatum emailed by OPM to nearly all federal employees, which the labor unions allege is unlawful.

The suit is in federal District Court for the district of Massachusetts.
