Acting Head of SSA Resigns After Trying to Refuse Data Access to DOGE
Acting Commissioner Michelle King resigned as head of the Social Security Administration after trying to refuse Elon Musk’s DOGE access to private taxpayer data. Her chief of staff Tiffany Flick was also out of a job.
Donald Trump replaced King with Leland Dudek.
SSA’s data is extensive, covering practically all Americans and legal immigrants.
