Delta Flight from Minneapolis Crashes at Toronto

Delta DL4819 from Minneapolis-St. Paul crashed upon landing at Toronto’s airport, turning upside down and catching on fire. No one died.

The flight appeared to land mainly on one wheel, which may have collapsed and led to the aircraft turning over after sliding. The airplane was a Bombardier CRJ-900 with extensive safety features. All 80 people aboard survived, with 21 going to hospital and 19 of those soon released.
