ACE, AAU, APLU et al. Sue DJT’s Cuts to NIH Research

American Council on Education, Association of American Universities, Association of Public & Land-grant Universities, and others filed a lawsuit in federal District Court against the new regime’s abrupt cut of indirect costs in NIH grants to 15%.

The current average facilities and administration (indirect) costs in NIH grants is 27%. NIH is the premier funder of biomedical research in the USA.
