For a little more than three and a half years, I’ve been trying to fit in. Not trying to become British, exactly, but striving to meld my American drive to produce with the British focus on protocol. Smoothing the Way for Repeat Business

If you have been using a complete Contract for every piece of business you do with every customer, consider whether a two-part system would fit instead. Where deals are substantial and repeat business is likely, a two-part system makes your relationship with the client much more comfortable because it is so easy for the client to call upon you whenever the need arises.
