USPS Reverses Ban on Incoming Parcels from China and Hong Kong

After one day banning all inbound parcels from China and Hong Kong, without explanation USPS reversed itself and resumed allowing such packages.

Letters and “flat mail” were unaffected by the ban.

The temporary parcel ban, new tariffs on goods from China and removal of the “de minimis” customs duty exemption for parcels valued below $800 have caused major disruptions not only for Chinese online retailers, but also for AliExpress, Amazon, Etsy and Shopify.
