UK PM Starmer Pledges “Full Backing” to Ukraine President Zelenskyy

UK Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer embraced Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy outside the door of Number 10 Downing Street. Starmer said Ukraine has “full backing across the United Kingdom.”

Zelenskyy will also meet King Charles III at Sandringham by royal invitation sent after yesterday’s Oval Office ambush by Donald Trump and JD Vance.

On Sunday, Starmer will host a summit of European leaders about the war between Ukraine and invader Russia, and European defense on the whole. The summit is expected to include leaders and representatives from Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Tomania, Spain, Turkey, Ukraine, European Commission, European Council and NATO.
