Two Delaney Hall Escapees Recaptured

Two of the four immigrants who escaped from detention at Delaney Hall in Newark, NJ were recaptured: Joel Enrique Sandoval-Lopez and Joan Sebastian Castaneda-Lozada.

Still at large were Franklin Norberto Bautista-Reyes and Andrés Felipe Pineda-Mogollón. A reward was offered by federal law enforcement for information leading to their recapture.
