PA Sues DJT to Comply with Court Orders Unfreezing Funds

Governor Josh Shapiro (D-PA) for the state of Pennsylvania sued Donald Trump’s regime in federal District Court for their refusal to comply with existing court orders to release frozen federal funds.

Congressionally appropriated but frozen funding for Pennsylvania is for “protecting public health, cutting energy costs, providing safe, clean drinking water, and creating jobs in rural communities,” Shapiro said. It adds up to more than $3 billion.

Two federal District Court judges have issues temporary restraining orders that require the government to lift its freeze of nearly all federal funding flows. Trump has not complied.
