National Guard Troops Deploy in Los Angeles

National Guard troops federalized by Donald Trump against the wishes of California Governor Gavin Newsom began to deploy in downtown Los Angeles around a federal complex used to detain immigrants.

The troops wore tactical gear and carried long guns.
