Musk Congratulates AfD, not CDU/CSU, in Germany

Elon Musk personally congratulated Alice Weidel, leader of the far right party Alternative für Deutschland, for nearly doubling its support in Germany’s election. AfD came second in the election results.

Freidrich Merz is presumptive new Chancellor as leader of the Christian Democratic Union which came first in the election.
