Judge Reinstates Cathy Harris on Merit Systems Protection Board

Federal District Court Judge Rudolph Contreras issued a permanent injunction reinstating Cathy Harris in her job on the Merit Systems Protection Board.

Donald Trump attempted to fire her with immediate effect in a brief email 10 February, even though her term lasts until March 2028. Harris sued. Contreras ruled she was illegally fired and returned her to her job.
