Judge Further Extends “Deferred Resignation” Deadline
Federal District Court Judge George O’Toole further extended the deadline for federal employees to respond to the “deferred resignation” email most of them received.
As of last weekend, 65,000 federal employees accepted the proposal even though it appears to be an illegal offer and they will have no recourse if they are not paid as promised.
