Second Judge Extends Order Blocking DJT’s Withdrawal of Federal Funds from Facilities that Provide Gender Affirming Care to Youths
Federal District Court Judge Lauren King extended her temporary restraining order of 14 February 2025, blocking Donald Trump’s executive orders which would withhold federal funds from hospitals and universities that provide gender affirming care to youths under age 19.
