Judge Blocks DJT Orders that Halted Support for Gender Affirming Care for Youths

Federal District Court Judge Brendan Hurson issued a temporary restraining order to block Donald Trump’s orders that would halt access to gender affirming health care for transgender youths under age 19.

The nationwide TRO bans the federal government holding back federal fund for a health care facility or provider because they provide gender-affirming health care to someone under 19 years old.
