Gov. Pritzer Prohibits J6 Offenders from State Jobs

Governor J.B. Pritzer (D-IL) issued an order prohibiting employment of any of the January 6, 2021, attackers of the Capitol who received a pardon or commutation from Donald Trump.

In his order, he cited an Illinois statute that does not allow the state to employ anyone who has engaged in “infamous or disgraceful” conduct.
