EU Issues Burner Phones and Anti-Espionage Advice to Staff Visiting USA

For trips to the USA, the European Commission is equipping all EU staff with burner phones and advocates that they use only stripped-down computers on the trips.

EU staff are also told to power down their devices and encase them in an anti-espionage sleeve, essentially a Faraday pouch, upon entering the USA.

This is like EU policy for travel to Ukraine or China.
