DOJ Appeals Against Order to Release Foreign Aid Payments for Completed Work

The Department of Justice appealed against federal District Court Judge Amir Ali’s short deadline for the government to comply with his temporary restraining order of 13 February and pay for foreign aid work completed by that date.

The appeal is in the Circuit Court of Appeals for Washington, DC.
