DOGE Impersonators Try to Get Sensitive San Francisco City Data
Three men wearing DOGE shirts and MAGA hats walked into San Francisco City Hall and demanded sensitive government records.
City workers refused, calling police instead. The men left before police arrived. The San Francisco Sheriff’s office does not believe the men were genuinely from Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency, which is a subset of a White House IT team rather than a department. Police are trying to identify and track down the men.
