DJT Showcases Elon Musk’s Tesla Cars at White House

Donald Trump and Elon Musk showcased Tesla cars in front of the White House, complete with photo opportunity and Trump endorsement on government property.

Tesla sales have fallen dramatically ever since Musk went to Washington, D.C. and began using his “Department of Government Efficiency” to slash federal budgets, contracts and jobs with no apparent regard for legal limits. DOGE is a subset of a White House IT team, not a government department.

Tesla has also become a focal point for protests against Musk’s activities.

Federal employees are disciplined for being caught taking home a government ballpoint pen, let alone using the White House to promote a company owned by the President’s largest campaign donor.
