DJT Revokes Security Clearances of More People as Retaliation
Donald Trump revoked the security clearances of several more people who have at some point been involved in investigations into him.
The list includes:
- Antony Blinken, who was Secretary of State under President Biden
- Letitia James, New York Attorney General
- Alvin Bragg, Manhattan District Attorney
- Jake Sullivan, former National Security Adviser
- Lisa Monaco, Deputy Attorney General under President Biden
- Andrew Weissmann, lawyer
- Mark Zaid, lawyer
- Norm Eisen, lawyer
Stripping the lawyers of their clearances renders them unable to assist clients whose cases involve classified information and hinders legal actions by anyone who had engaged or may want their expertise.
