DJT Orders Attorney General to Refer Law Firms to White House with Recommendations for Punishment

DJT order Attorney General Pam Bondi to refer to the White House any lawsuits that she deems partisan and recommend punishments for the law firms involved.

In addition, Trump ordered Bondi to pursue sanctions or disciplinary actions against the involved lawyers and their law firms. Such punishments are meted out by courts, not the executive branch. If Bondi is unable to get courts to punish the targeted law firms, Trump intends to issue executive orders against them.

Trump also ordered Bondi to review lawyers and law firms involved in cases against the federal government from the start of his first term in office and make recommendations for punishments against them.
