Baltic Sea Fiber Optic Cables Cut

In a span of less than 24 hours 17-18 November, two Baltic Sea undersea fiber optic cables were cut. One connects Germany and Finland. The other connects Sweden and Lithuania. Investigators say the Chinese ship Yi Peng 3, which left the Russian port Ust-Luga 15 November, dragged its anchor to sever the cables.
