Appeals Court Stays Trade Court and Reinstate DJT’s Tariffs

The Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit issued an administrative stay of yesterday’s decision by the Court of International Trade, so Donald Trump’s unilaterally imposed tariffs which were lifted yesterday are reinstated today while the Court of Appeals considers the case.
