What the Cloture Vote Meant

Like many, I am inclined to be furious that 10 non-GOP Senators voted for cloture & allowed the continuing resolution to pass with poison pills intact. But if I let myself be outraged at those ten Senators, I will only give the GOP an extra win. Here’s why.
