Alternative to Mifepristone
Main audience: USA people & the medically curious
A small study indicates an emergency contraception drug can be substituted for mifepristone alongside misoprostol for early medication abortion. Much more data would be needed before guidelines and medical practice could use it. I do expect the study to become an excuse for accelerating attacks on contraception.
