SCOTUS Declines to Hear Two Challenges to Buffer Zones Around Clinics
The Supreme Court declined to hear two cases seeking to overturn ordinances that provide a “buffer zone” around clinics to help patients get in despite protesters trying to keep them from entering.
Anti-abortion activists want to be able to subject patients to the full intensity of protests all the way to the door.
