Russia Violates Its Word About Stopping Attacks on Energy Infrastructure

Within hours after Russian President Vladimir Putin pledged to stop attacking Ukraine’s energy infrastructure for 30 days as a step toward a ceasefire, Russia attacked Ukraine’s energy infrastructure again.

Putin reiterated that all military aid to Ukraine must end before Russia will agree to a full ceasefire.
