Judge Rules Again that USAID Bills Must Be Paid for Work Delivered

After higher courts sent the case back down to federal District Court Judge Amir Ali, the judge again ruled that invoices must be paid for work delivered by 13 February 2025 for U.S. Agency for International Development contracts.
