DJT Rescinds Halt on Legal Assistance for Unaccompanied Immigrant Children

After an outcry, Donald Trump’s regime rescinded its stoppage of legal assistance for children who enter the country unaccompanied.

Unlike USA citizens, immigrants have no guaranteed right to free legal representation if they cannot afford to pay for it. Federal funds enable non-profit groups to provide legal services for unaccompanied children in the immigration system. The Acacia Center for Justice, one such non-profit, had been ordered to halt all its services.
