DJT Reinstates Soldiers Dismissed Due to COVID Vaccine Refusal

| 0

Donald Trump signed an executive order to reinstate military personnel who were discharged for refusing to take vaccination against Covid-19.

Reinstated service members are to receive full back pay and benefits.

About 8000 were discharged for refusing to accept the vaccine from 2021 to early 2023 while it was mandated. Those who were dismissed for this reason were allowed to apply for reinstatement after the vaccine mandate was lifted, but only 43 did so.

Military personnel are required to take more than a dozen vaccines when they join the service.
