DJT Appeals Judge McConnell’s Second Order Blocking Federal Funds Freeze

Donald Trump appealed against District Court Judge McConnell’s second order blocking Trump’s sweeping freeze of federal funding.

Trump has not been complying with McConnell’s first order. In this appeal, Trump asks the First Circuit Court of Appeals to immediately stay McConnell’s orders.
