Diane Seltzer Trounces Brad Bondi to Lead DC Bar Association

Board member Diane Seltzer resoundingly trounced Brad Bondi, brother of Attorney General Pam Bondi, in heavy turnout to win leadership of the DC Bar Association.

Seltzer received over 34,000 votes. Bondi received 3,490. Turnout was heavy due to concern that he would meddle with disciplinary proceedings to benefit Donald Trump.

Seltzer has spent five years on the board of the Bar, and about twenty years volunteering for the Bar. She is an employment attorney.

Bondi helped represent a company that combined with Trump Media & Technology Group Corp. which operates Trump’s social media platform Truth Social. He also advised Elon Musk’s company Tesla regarding the Securities and Exchange Commission. He advises “MrBeast” Jimmy Donaldson and a group of investors regarding an attempt to acquire TikTok.
