Bondi Drops Charges Against Utah Doctor for Selling Fake Vaccination Cards

| 0

Attorney General Pam Bondi announced the Department of Justice is dismissing its fraud charges again Utah MD Michael Kirk Moore Jr. for tossing away more than $28,000 worth of taxpayer-funded vaccines against COVID, injecting saline into children and telling them it was COVID vaccine at the request of their parents, and selling almost 2,000 false COVID vaccination cards.

Bondi made the announcement in X (formerly Twitter).

The case went to trial a week ago in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Bondi justified dropping the charges by saying the doctor had given patients choices that government policy did not allow. Three his associates charged alongside him continue to face charges.

News about the move to dismiss this case competed for public attention with the government’s abrupt turnabout regarding files about Jeffrey Epstein’s client list, which Bondi once said was on her desk for review before release and now says never existed.
